I think one of the hardest things, for me, was seeing how much my body changed after my little bundle of joy came into the world. Here are five things to do, post-baby, to start feeling like your old, stylish self…

  1. Shower (yes, it will feel like it takes forever; yes, you will start leaking the minute you remove those nursing pads and yes, you will lose more strands of hair than normal but it will be worth it in the end…at least it was, in my case)
  2. Have a small glass of wine
  3. Put on a little piece of jewelry each day (a little sparkle goes a long way)
  4. Buy a good pair of black leggings
  5. Apply a little mascara to help wake those tired eyes
